How Killi works
Killi runs on WhatsApp — search rentals, list property, and manage leads in chat. This page mirrors the in-app guide. Already chatting with Killi? Type "guide", "how to use", "how it works" for the same topics on your phone.
Find a rental
From the main menu in WhatsApp, tap Find Property, then send one message with your area or landmark, BHK, monthly rent budget, and any must-haves.
Browse property cards, tap Contact Agent on a listing you like, or save to your shortlist.
- Area or landmark
- BHK (e.g. 2BHK)
- Monthly rent budget
- Must-haves (parking, furnished, etc.)
Example: 2BHK near Bagmane Tech Park, max ₹35k, need parking
List a property
From the main menu, tap List Property, then choose Owner or Agent.
Share details in chat — location, BHK, rent, photos. Send photos one by one; Killi batches them automatically. When basics are done, tap Proceed to Review for your summary, then publish.
Type reset anytime to return to the main menu.
Dashboard & shortlist
Tap View Dashboard on the main menu for a secure link to your saved rentals (shortlist) and, for owners and agents, your live listings and leads.
You can also contact agents from property cards while searching.
